Job Description

Provide general support across departments by assisting with administrative tasks, data entry, report preparation, and coordination of daily operations. Help improve workflow efficiency and support team activities while gaining broad exposure to business processes and office operations.

Job Responsibilities

Administrative & Office Support

•Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements.

•Prepare documents, reports, and presentation materials for internal use.

•Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organising records.


Meeting & Communication Coordination

•Support in preparing meeting agendas, summaries, and follow-up action items.

•Coordinate internal and external communication via email, phone, and messaging platforms.

•Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth information flow.


Travel & Logistics Arrangement

•Assist in booking flights, accommodations, transport, and event arrangements.

•Support planning and organising company activities, visits, and corporate events.


Document Management & Reporting

•Assist in preparing project updates, progress reports, and documentation for management.

•Maintain organised digital and physical files for easy reference.

•Support confidential documentation handling with discretion.


Business & Operational Support

•Help manage day-to-day operational tasks assigned by the management team.

•Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and follow-up actions.

•Coordinate tasks related to procurement, vendor communication, or internal requests.


Ad-hoc Tasks

•Assist senior executives with various business-related tasks as needed.

•Participate in team meetings, planning sessions, and corporate initiatives.

Job Requirements

•Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Office Management, or related fields.

•Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

•Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

•Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.

•Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
